General Information  

In the event you are unable to locate your college provided email, you can search for it using the WVM web service. 

Getting Started 

New student Email accounts may not be available until 2 business days from your application.
 

1. Go to https://generalssb-prod.ec.wvm.edu/BannerExtensibility/customPage/page/myPortal_landing_get_started
    
2. Option 1 will take you to a page where you can input your G0 number and your date of birth.
   

    3. Once you have submitted your information, an email with information on your account will be sent to your personal email.
